I will be conducting additional free grilling and smoking clinics on Saturday, October 3rd and on Saturday, October 10th between 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM. The October 24th grilling and smoking clinic is cancelled. Come learn about the differences in charcoal versus gas, indirect versus direct cooking, smoking and outdoor baking.
